1. Services Provided
Whitinger Works offers professional pressure washing, soft washing, and dryer vent cleaning for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, surface cleaning, siding washing, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and driveway restoration. All services are carried out by trained professionals dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

 
2. Booking and Appointments
To schedule service, customers may contact us via phone, email, social media, or our website. All appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. While we strive to meet your requested schedule, we may need to adjust timing due to operational or environmental factors.

 
3. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing depends on the size, type, and condition of the project. A written or digital estimate will be provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

 
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time and resources.

 
5. Water Usage
Whitinger Works uses the customer’s on-site water supply to complete most cleaning services. Please ensure that an outdoor water spigot is accessible and functional prior to our arrival. If this is not available or functioning, the scheduled service may need to be rescheduled or incur additional charges.

 
6. Liability
While we use industry-standard practices and equipment, Whitinger Works is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, poor maintenance, or hidden defects on the property. Customers are encouraged to notify us of any concerns before work begins. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the condition of a surface is not safe to clean.

 
7. Media & Marketing
We may take photos and videos before, during, and after service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes (including website and social media use). If you prefer not to have images of your property used, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.

 
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure their property is accessible at the scheduled time and that pets, vehicles, or other obstacles are cleared from service areas. If areas are not ready upon arrival, delays or additional charges may apply.

 
9. Property Condition & Results
Pressure and soft washing can significantly improve the appearance of most surfaces. However, some stains (e.g., rust, oil, or deep mildew) may not be fully removable. We do not guarantee perfection on aged or damaged surfaces and will always discuss realistic outcomes beforehand.

 
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Whitinger Works website—including logos, text, graphics, photos, and service materials—is the property of Whitinger Works unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
